CHEESE THERMOMETER

This dairy thermometer ranges in temperature from 0 to 220° F. It features an 11 &frac1/2;" stem, large, easy to read, stainless steel dial, and an adjustable clip that easily attaches to the side of any height pot. It can be re-calibrated by adjusting the nut underneath the dial.
