The cast aluminum non-stick base ensures patties release easily from the press. The clear ABS top cover provides easy viewing of burger forming and allows you to quickly press consistent patty sizes ranging from 1/4 lb. to 3/4 lb. Innovative Flavor Pockets  provide more surface area for seasonings to adhere, resulting in a burger that is cooked faster and tastes better. The top cover and base are removable and are top rack dishwasher safe. Also, features pre-drilled mounting holes for securing the base to a solid surface for serious patty production.
