A polyester shell repels moisture, and a luxurious cotton flannel liner keeps you warm and cozy on the inside. A generous helping of 4 lbs of Poly-Therm hollow synthetic insulation will keep you warm in weather between 30-40°F and will not lose insulating efficiency if wet.
